Fire Protection System Supply & Installation
One team to supply and install your complete fire protection system, fitted to approved drawings, anywhere in the Kingdom.
From Manufacturer to Installed System
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION AT SFFECO.
SFFECO supplies and installs complete fire protection systems across Saudi Arabia. Because it manufactures much of what it installs, the equipment arriving on site is the equipment its own engineers designed, which closes the gaps that appear when supply and installation are split between separate parties.
Supply means procuring and delivering the pumps, pipework, sprinklers, hydrants, valves, extinguishers, foam and suppression equipment, and detection devices on schedule. Installation means fitting and integrating them into a working system at your premises, to the approved drawings and specifications. Handling both gives you one point of accountability, from order to a tested, ready-to-operate system.
Correct Installation Is What Makes a System Work
WHY INSTALLATION QUALITY MATTERS.
A well-engineered system can still fail if it is installed badly. Pipe routing, hanger spacing, pump alignment, valve access, and sprinkler placement all affect whether the system performs in an emergency, so installation is a controlled engineering activity, not simple assembly.
SFFECO installs to the approved drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants, the main contractor, and the MEP trades so the fire system fits cleanly with the rest of the building. Work follows the governing standards, for example NFPA 13 for sprinklers, NFPA 14 for standpipes, and NFPA 20 for fire pumps, and is prepared for Saudi Civil Defense inspection. The result is an installation traceable to the design and ready for testing and commissioning.
SFFECO supplies and installs under an ISO 9001 quality management system certified by BRE Global Ltd., UK, with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 covering environmental and occupational health and safety management. The equipment carries international approvals and listings, including UL and FM Approvals, and conforms with SASO requirements. Installation follows NFPA standards and the Saudi Building Code, so completed systems meet both international benchmarks and local regulation.
How Supply and Installation Works
FROM ORDER TO READY FOR TESTING.
- Site survey and design review: confirm the approved drawings, site conditions, and interfaces with other trades.
- Procurement and supply planning: schedule manufactured and sourced equipment to match the construction programme.
- Delivery and inspection: receive and check equipment on site against specifications and listings.
- Installation: fit the pipework, pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, valves, cabinets, detection, and suppression equipment to the approved drawings.
- MEP coordination: align the fire system with electrical, mechanical, and structural works to avoid clashes.
- Pre-handover checks: confirm the installation is complete and ready for formal testing and commissioning.
Keeping supply and installation under one team means these steps are not split across separate vendors who can blame each other when something does not fit.
Systems SFFECO Supplies and Installs
A COMPLETE FIRE PROTECTION SCOPE.

- Foam systems: for fuel storage, hangars, and high-hazard industrial areas.
- Gas suppression systems: clean-agent protection for data centres and electrical rooms.
- Detection and alarm: devices integrated with suppression and building systems.
- Fire extinguishers, cabinets, and doors: first-response and passive-protection equipment.

Yes. SFFECO supplies its full range of fire fighting equipment and installs complete systems on site, fitting them to the approved drawings and specifications.
Water-based sprinkler, standpipe, and hydrant systems, fire pump sets, foam systems, gas (clean-agent) suppression, fire detection and alarm, and extinguisher, cabinet, and door installations.
Across Saudi Arabia, with offices in the Central region (Riyadh), Western region (Jeddah), Eastern region (Dammam), and Madinah.
Yes. Installations follow the relevant NFPA standards, such as NFPA 13 for sprinklers, NFPA 14 for standpipes, and NFPA 20 for fire pumps, along with the Saudi Building Code, and are prepared for Saudi Civil Defense inspection.
When the installer is also the manufacturer, the team understands the design intent, tolerances, and listings. That reduces rework, mismatched components, and the coordination gaps that appear between separate suppliers and contractors.
Yes. SFFECO can supply equipment alone for clients or contractors handling their own installation, or provide a combined supply-and-install package.
Its teams coordinate with consultants, the main contractor, and the MEP trades to integrate the fire system with electrical, mechanical, and structural works and avoid clashes on site.
Commercial buildings, airports, healthcare, hospitality, warehouses and logistics, residential developments, oil and gas, petrochemical, industrial facilities, data centres, and major infrastructure.
Yes. Installations are completed and documented to support inspection, witnessing, and approval by the Saudi Civil Defense before occupancy.
Systems move to testing and commissioning, where performance is verified, and can then be kept compliant under an annual maintenance contract.
