Principle of Operation

The system continuously monitors connected smoke detectors, heat detectors, and manual call points installed in the protected area. When a fire condition is detected, the control panel activates audible and visual alarms to warn occupants.

Based on the programmed sequence, the panel sends a release signal to the connected fire extinguishing system, activating the discharge mechanism to suppress the fire. Manual release stations can also be used to trigger the extinguishing process, while abort stations allow temporary delay of discharge if necessary.

The control panel supervises all field devices and wiring, providing fault alarms in case of disconnection, malfunction, or abnormal conditions to ensure system readiness at all times.
