Thermo Act
SFFECO Thermo-Act Fire Extinguishing System is an automatic low-pressure fire suppression system designed for rapid fire detection and effective extinguishing at the source. The system uses a flexible heat-sensitive detection tube that serves as both the fire detection device and the extinguishing discharge tube in the Direct System. When exposed to high temperature, the tube ruptures at the hottest point, instantly releasing the extinguishing agent directly onto the fire for fast and efficient suppression with minimal damage and downtime.
In the Indirect Activation System, the flexible detection tube functions only as a fire detector and activation device. Upon detecting fire, the system activates the control valve, allowing the extinguishing agent to discharge through a separate network of nozzles and piping strategically installed to protect the hazard area.
